The presence of the citationsTargetSentenceId field signals to the client that it should retain information necessary to later locate the bullet or paragraph sentence in order to later insert citations into it. For example, this could be the index of the answer and the sentence within the answers array. @exposed

AssistantDeltaMessageAnswerAdd.insertAfterId ● String scalar graph-ql-types​

When present, the answer item should be inserted after the item with this ID instead of appended to the end. Enables async/out-of-order streaming of block-level content like blockquotes. @exposed
