Manage Licenses

Licenses and the built-in license system enable admins to efficiently manage and distribute the access of features and content for users granularly. By assigning a license, it can unlock specific functionalities, ensuring a personalized and controlled user experience. It also enhances security and compliance while allowing scalable and flexible management of user privileges.

There are two types of licenses will be distributed to your organization and it is recommended to assign these licenses to users based on their roles:

• Admin User Licenses
• Features - Contents Licenses
• Compliance Configuration (Optional, Required only when the compliance feature is enabled.)
